If you are experiencing severe chest pains, shortness of breath, potentially life threatening problems or severe injuries, you should go to the nearest Hospital Emergency Room directly or dial 911.

Minor Procedures

We are fully equipped with a Minor Procedure room for treating the following: 

  • Lacerations

  • Ingrown toenails

  • Cyst Removal

  • Ear Flushing - please note, this service is not always covered by OHIP and additional charges may apply

  • Minor Burns and Abrasions

 

TB Skin Test and Interpretation (click here for more info)

TB testing and documentation can be provided for school, work  or medically necessary reasons.

Some fees are applicable. Documentation of reason for testing is required. 

Driver’s Medical Exams and Workplace Medicals

 

Drivers and Workplace Medicals are performed at the clinic. There is a charge for these forms to be completed by the Physician. 

$150.00  (cash only) Urine sample needed in office. Please bring a list of all medications you are taking with dosages.

 

Wart Treatment

Plantar and genital wart treatments are provided using liquid nitrogen or prescribed medication.

Cosmetic removal available for a fee at physicians discretion.

Eye Injuries

With an on-site slit lamp, Physicians are experienced in managing ocular issues including chemical splash, foreign body removal, corneal abrasion assessment and are able to refer to Ophthalmology services when appropriate.  

 

Work Related Injuries

We are able to assess and complete the required WSIB paperwork, including the Form 8 and FAF for all work related injuries. 

 

Sport Related Injuries

With Athletic Therapists on site we are able to assess all sport related injuries, provide education on your injury, review exercises and stretches and refer for physiotherapy, bracing, and crutches if required. 

Sexual Health 

Provide assessment and immediate free access treatment of sexually transmitted diseases through a partnership with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.

Sprains and Fractures

We apply and remove casts and splints for musculoskeletal injuries and we also have the ability to refer to the Fracture Clinic for further Orthopedic Surgeon follow up as needed.

 

Concussion Assessment and Management 

Diagnosis and assessment of concussions, paperwork completion for return to learn/work/sport and guidance on referral for treatment if required.
 

Vaccines

We provide tetanus/pertussis immunization free of charge, and can also administer shingles, pneumonia and basic travel vaccines, (Hepatitis A & B) and can refer to Travel Health services when appropriate. Other prescribed injections are also administered with a referral, ie. allergy injections.

Minor Illness

  • Fever 

  • New onset of cough or worsening chronic cough

  • Shortness of breath and or trouble breathing

  • Sore throat or difficulty swallowing

  • Other flu-like symptoms: headache, fatigue, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea

We do not have the capacity to test for Covid 19. Other testing will be done at the discretion of the physician.

  • Hearing Aid

We are unable to complete the following forms:

  • Short Term Disability

  • Attending Physician Statements

  • EI Forms

  • Substance Use Assessments

  • Other forms requiring extensive medical history
